Did you know about PetsApp? 

Petsapp is an app that you can use to directly message Old Mill Vets. It is super easy to use, you just need to fill in information about your pet and then choose which surgery to message

You can use PetsApp for all non-urgent appointment requests and enquiries, send pictures, make payments, order medication and order flea, tick and worming treatments. 

PetsApp can be downloaded from the appstore directly to your smartphone or tablet or visit the website:  https://dashboard.petsapp.com/login

You can send us a message 24/7 and our office team offer you a prompt reply during office hours. Please do not ever use PetsApp as a way to contact the Practice or Vet in the event of an emergency. In the event of an emergency you must always call the Practice directly on 01851 705 900.
